Using the Website, either as the accommodation owner, advertiser or guest (hereinafter: User) you accept the provisions of the General Terms of Use and the announcements published on the Website. If you do not agree with the General Terms of Use of the Website, we ask you not to use it.

This Website is not a travel agency that rents accommodation facilities on behalf of or for the account of accommodation owners. It is rather to be used as an on-line catalogue of accommodation facilities within the sea shore territory of the Republic of Croatia. This means that the purpose of this Website is to promote and advertise apartments, rooms, hotels, villas and camps, offering accommodation from User or which offer services connected with tourism, sport, recreation and relaxation.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

This Website is intended for personal and non-commercial use by User. You may not modify copy, distribute, display, publish or in any other way transmit or sell any information, services or products published on the Website without the prior consent of the User. The material published on the Website is protected by copyright and any unauthorized use may represent a violation of the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (Official Gazette, no. 167/03 and 79/07) and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
